• Up to 6 hours of handyman service each month
• Up to three scheduled service visits per month

• Minor repairs, adjustments, installations, and routine home maintenance
• HVAC filter replacement every 3 months — standard filter included
• Annual dryer vent cleaning — included
• Annual smoke & carbon monoxide detector battery replacement — standard batteries included
• Annual smoke & carbon monoxide detector safety check
• Spring & Fall Home Maintenance Check — twice a year, we perform a seasonal visual inspection of key areas of your home, including doors and windows, caulking, plumbing fixtures, visible leaks, weatherstripping, exterior areas, and other common maintenance concerns. We’ll let you know about any issues that may need attention.
• Additional labor at the Member Rate of $75/hour after your included monthly hours are used
• Unused service hours can roll over for up to 3 months

Materials and specialty parts are not included, except for the standard HVAC filters and detector batteries listed above. Annual dryer vent cleaning applies to a standard accessible residential dryer vent. Seasonal Home Maintenance Checks are visual maintenance checks and are not professional home inspections. Major remodeling, emergency service, permit-required work, and licensed trade work are not included.
