Return and Refund Policy

Reliable Home Renovation Home Care Plans provide recurring home maintenance and handyman services. Because these plans provide services rather than physical products, traditional product returns do not apply.

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once services for the applicable billing period have been performed or a scheduled service visit has begun.

If you cancel your Home Care Plan, the cancellation will prevent future recurring charges and will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

If Reliable Home Renovation is unable to provide a paid service included in your plan, please contact us so we can reschedule the service or determine an appropriate refund or credit.

Materials, parts, permits, and additional work purchased or approved separately from the Home Care Plan are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of service.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Reliable Home Renovation as soon as possible so we can review the charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
