Cancellation policy

Home Care Plan Cancellation Policy

Reliable Home Renovation Home Care Plans are monthly recurring subscriptions. Your selected plan will automatically renew each month and the payment method on file will be charged the applicable monthly fee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges and will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

Payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable once services have been performed or scheduled, except where otherwise required by law.

Unused service time does not roll over to the next month unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Reliable Home Renovation.

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, use the subscription management link provided in your order or account, or contact Reliable Home Renovation.

Additional materials, parts, permits, and work outside the services included in your selected Home Care Plan are not included in the monthly subscription price and may be billed separately with customer approval.
