Materials and specialty parts are not included, except for the standard HVAC filter benefit listed above. Annual dryer vent cleaning applies to a standard accessible residential dryer vent. Major remodeling, emergency service, permit-required work, and licensed trade work are not included. Service is available in Columbus, Dublin, Hilliard, Powell, Upper Arlington, and surrounding Central Ohio areas.
